R&D : Tθpos
Concertation-Topos received funding from the « Web 2.0 » french call for proposals on innovative web 2.0 services in 2009. Concertation-Topos aims to create a multi-platform software solution (online and on mobile phones) for participatory shared governance (in the context of a democracy, a company, a research organisation).
It proposes a tool that will enrich the social web functionalities with a semantic dimension adapted to participatory events: the analogical semantics (Carole Lipsyc, Adreva). By gathering several applications, this solution allows to manage complex editorial material (collaborative, crossmedia, geolocalised, interactive) as well as community development or interactive "intelligent" web browsing (that favors learning, comprehension, debate and expression).
Pertimm provides the whole semantic dimension of its technology to help experts in their work for linkign documents according to the analogical semantics (Carole Lipsyc, Adreva) as well as standard search functionalities for the platform.
A pilot program, “Biovidersité 2.0”, has been used to test the platform’s Bêta version. This program is a consultation on biodiversity that links the five pillars of shared governance (public players, experts, companies, NGO, trade unions) to the public: www.mabiodiversite.fr.
The leader is ADREVA, partners are Pertimm, Prylos, Ilobjects et LIP6.
