Purpose of the Website
The Website presents Pertimm, its expertise, its work and research, and its news. It lets visitors contact the team and subscribe to the newsletter. Nothing is sold online: the Website has no user accounts and no payment functions.
Who may use it
The Website is intended for professional visitors (organisations, public bodies, partners, researchers and candidates) and is freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection. Connection costs and equipment remain your responsibility.
Access and availability
We aim to keep the Website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, restrict or modify all or part of the Website at any time, for example for maintenance, updates or security reasons, without notice and without liability.

The Website and each of its elements, including texts, articles, graphics, the Pertimm name and logo, the prism mark, the visual design, illustrations, photographs and source code, are protected by French and international intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to PERTIMM DEVELOPPEMENT or are used with the permission of their owners.

Private use and short quotations that clearly name the source remain permitted within the limits set by law.
Client, partner and institutional logos, including those of European and French research programmes and funding bodies, are the property of their respective owners. They are shown to present Pertimm’s references and collaborations and may not be reused without their owners’ permission.
